YES IT IS LEAVING STRIPS LIKE ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS HERE. BUT THIS IS BECAUSE THEY USE IT WRONG! I spray a spray or two on the affected area, leave on for a second or two, then wipe off, repeat the process, once the entire seat is clean spray on, working into every crevice and evenly rubbing the conditioner in several times. If you don't, it will look like residual streaks, and it is, the conditioner needs to be evenly distributed!
