I have had 3 knee surgeries (I'm 36) and my ankles have never regained their strength, as well as my right thigh muscle.I got this balance board to help regain strength, and within a WEEK I notice a huge change. How is that even possible?!I use the board at least 10 to 15 minutes a day. The first day I could barely stay on for 4 minutes. Now I am already able to bend my knees slightly to get a better strengthening workout. My legs and ankles feel the burn during and the next day. But each day I am able to go longer and do more exercises.I recommend this to ANYONE who wants to build core strength, build ankle muscle and thigh muscle. This has done wonders already!
