Review on ๐Ÿšฒ Urban Cycling Apparel: The Single Tracker-Mountain Bike Cargo Shorts with G-Tex Padded Undershorts - Ultimate Gear for Urban Cyclists by Nale Dunn

Revainrating 5 out of 5

WARNING: NOT THAT SECURE - Weak stitching easily tears in zippered mesh pockets - LOST ATM CARD, CASH $

I *loved* these shorts. UNTIL I START LOSSING EVERYTHING I put in my zip pockets! The last thing I lost was my ATM card, which prompted me to write a WARNING/WARNING review on these shorts. The seams of the MESH pockets along the two zippered pockets BEGIN TO TEAR (see photos). I suspect this is because the MESH material (the holes in it) doesn't sew very well and isn't strong. I would open my pocket and put my iPhone7+ in it. and it FALLS RIGHT through my shorts TO THE FLOOR. People behind me saw money, keys etc FALL RIGHT FROM MY SHORTS! I've only had these shorts for 6 months (purchased April 2017). I don't abuse them (heavy training, excessive washing, stretching, cycling). I really REALLY, REALLY like them and the fact that the zipped pockets make me feel like I don't lose my essentials while walking, running etc, especially when cycling (which I've hardly done lately). Anyone who owns or purchases this should therefore be CAREFUL of possible tearing of the pocket lining. POSSIBLE REPAIR: I had a seamstress (my mom ;) sew the pockets back onto the lining. Zippers so I can wear them again.
