We have bought several of these products from me to remove excess coating from various new Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche and Volvo cars. He removed excess paint as well as other lighting errors. I guess if you have a black car every time you want to do tone locks or tone chisels in this case you will have nice scratches. You can't escape this. I would recommend finding someone who knows how to use an orbital polisher or buffer and after you have the machine clay take it to them to get a good polish and then wax it. For other paint colors that have no scratches like black, this clay glove is cat meow, bee knee, apple on cake. Take it, use the right lube and take good care of the glove and it will be with you for years to come.
