In my opinion suitable for ages 8 and up.
Got them for my 6 and 8 year old daughter without seeing the 'small' part. At first I thought they were a little "too small" for my kids, but they still fit and my daughters love them. Now I see they are the size of a toddler and it makes sense! Laugh out loud. But in case anyone wants to buy them for an older child they fit my 8 year old daughter who is in the 97th percentile for her age in the US.
