The ability for us as founders/CEOs to connect with other startup leaders in our space was very valuable from day 1! We are able to get advice directly from some of the most successful people out there who have been through this before - it's invaluable. I wish we could filter posts by category so that you don't see all 500+ comments at once when clicking "read more". Also, sometimes if someone has posted many times within an hour or two (sometimes 5 minutes), they will be removed but then repost immediately. This is not necessarily intentional behavior, just something about their system which can lead to frustration. Connecting with others like ourselves helps validate what we're doing while also giving new perspectives.
