Size 34 DD Medium fits well. Comfortable, immediately correct posture makes it difficult to return to bad posture. I wore it for half a day the first day and felt no pain or discomfort. I realized how unprepared I had become when I kept catching myself trying to bend over. I have some observations after reading the reviews and then ordering for myself. I think if you have big shoulders it's worth considering the adjustable shoulder straps as they don't add any fuss when needed. I haven't had this problem, but I've observed its potential. Some people have spoken out about ailments piercing their shoulders or armpits. I experienced it but realized very quickly that the pain comes when I try to bend over and struggle with the harness. When you stand up straight, you won't feel any discomfort as you won't struggle with the strap. When I stood up, my back didn't hurt and I couldn't tell I was wearing anything under my clothes. Of course that was my own experience, I'm sure it's different for some, but it's worth mentioning.
