Let me start by loving this keyboard and mouse when they work. Quiet and smooth operation even when they were running. I gave up the mouse after only a few days of trying to use it, it stopped working intermittently during use, and since I got it for use at work where I need to be quick and efficient with my computer, I was able to don't rely on an unreliable mouse. The keyboard itself worked great until a few days ago (only 3.5 months after purchase). I thought the batteries were going to die so I replaced them twice and the keyboard still turned off during use. That's what I get when I buy a product for its looks, not its functionality.
