Granular sugar scrub for flaky skin, use a moisturizing cake-flavored lip cream

Sara Happ Confetti Cake is a sugar lip scrub that exfoliates my lips so well in just a minute. It comes in a cute confetti themed lip gloss tube and is easy to carry in your bag when you're not at home. It's glossy and grainy, with a sugar scrub texture that I massage onto my lips and wipe off with a washcloth (though it says to use a tissue). I get a light, delicious taste that's just like a birthday cake. No, I don't eat it, but I find it impossible not to get a tiny lump of sugar in my mouth. It relieves my dry, flaky skin and exfoliates so well. I still need a lip moisturizer after use and my lips feel great wearing Sara Happ Lip Slip or Dream Slip (not included). I get backlash from so many lip balms and lip moisturizers, but my lips look and feel calm, smooth and supple when I use Confetti Cake and other Happ products. I love this scrub for myself and also think that with a card (and even better with a lip slip) it would make a cute little birthday gift for a teen or adult. Love it. 5 Stars.

Pros
  • A lip scrub is essential to prep lips for maximum absorption of products like lip balm and lip gloss, or to prepare for the application of lipstick. Once the dead cells blocking absorption are removed, the product can penetrate the skin and hydrate the lips more deeply.
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish
