We don't have to rely on Outlook or Gmail to communicate with our team members, rather it is directly linked with Slack messenger which makes it easy for us to know about our colleagues in an instant without having to look into multiple messengers. The price charged by this service is too much expensive and cannot handle more than one user at the same time but I guess that can be addressed if they provide more features in their service. It's a good tool to get rid of email-overload when working remotely with a number of coworkers and can be used even when you are sitting in your home office. It's easy to use and has all of the features you need for your business. The customer service is amazing! I've used other platforms before but @work is by far the best. There isn't anything that I dislike about this product. If you're looking for an easy way to communicate with your employees and clients, this is it. I highly recommend using this software. We are able to easily communicate with our customers and employees via email and text.
