We don't have to rely on Outlook or Gmail to communicate with our team members, rather it is directly linked with Slack messenger which makes it easy for us to know about our colleagues in an instant without having to look into multiple messengers. The price charged by this service is too much expensive and cannot handle more than one user at the same time but I guess that can be addressed if they provide more features in their service.
