The main idea to have all of our projects in one place for easy access at any time! It's great that we can also comment about tasks and deadlines with ease by sending emails as well as sharing through video calls or texts. We're able to work together more efficiently due to having so much information within this workspace available online 24/7; however, I do wish there was an easier way to add multiple files into my shared folder instead just adding it manually everytime because when you get a lot of attachments its hard sometimes to find which ones are yours without searching them out individually each time. If other people start working on different things then they don't always see their own file until after others' uploads theirs. This could be avoided if there were some type of notification system set up where users know what everyone else has uploaded even though not yet opened themselves. Easily accessed from anywhere via internet connection. I like that it's easy to use, intuitive and I can customize everything I need for my users. It's easy enough to use yet powerful enough to help you get things done. Sometimes it takes time to have all of your requests reviewed by our support team. If you want support from many different groups at once - this may not be the tool for you. The main benefit is being able to communicate with colleagues remotely. We're also able to use it for meetings and presentations.
