I have installed frame guards on other bikes and they are a problem regardless of brand. They require patience and attention to detail. Also, they're not perfect. However, that was probably the biggest problem I had. I couldn't get the moisture out no matter how hard I tried. It could be an 'I' issue or a product issue. Having some experience with this, I know the pros and cons of installing it. I also watched their tutorial video in case I need to know something specific about the product. I will try again and if I am still having trouble I will try another product that I have had more success with. . Finally, I would like to say that their customer service is great and they responded to my issues in a timely manner. They even offered to send me more tape if I continue to have trouble. Update: I tried again and still couldn't get rid of the bubbles even with a new piece. Unfortunately, I plan to switch to another brand in the future.
