Disposable toothbrushes with poor quality bristles.
Good thing: the size of the head is perfect, a little smaller than usual but not too big to reach the third molars. The grip is adequate for a good grip, but there's less material than average so it's not wasteful. The main downside, the bristles: they are of lower quality, less flexible and there are very few of them compared to your average cheap toothbrush. I doubt they are nylon. The toothbrush becomes unusable after a few uses.
