I only used this product for peanut butter. Overall I find it performs better than a regular knife in most situations. Pros: - You can easily remove the peanut butter that is on the neck of the jar compared to a regular knife. - Most of the time I don't get peanut butter. on my knuckle, just like with a regular knife. The exception is when I clean the bottom of the jar. You can get a little more peanut butter than with a regular knife. Cons: Peanut butter likes to stick to this knife. It's very easy to spread all the peanut butter over the bread with a regular knife, but it always seems to stick to the PB-JIFE a bit. Even with the curvature of the surface not too much. Area to get plenty of peanut butter as you scrape down the sides of the jar, especially the top quarter or half of the jar.
