Not worth $160 - Reduces impact on your pointy parts - As well ventilated as possible - Doesn't flake as terribly as mine (another company). not much, but better than my other protective gear. I have a Covec shirt or a very contrasting biker t-shirt, I put it on and that's it. 'Enough.
