My god ink is so good! Anywhoo
I recently ate at Ink and ordered this cookbook hoping that the recipes for some of the delicious meals I just ate (roasted potatoes, bone marrow polenta, apple dessert). Oh my god, ink, how beautiful ! Anyway, I was a bit disappointed that none of them made it into the book :( BUT there are a million other recipes that look amazing too. Of course they use some fancy equipment, take a lot of time and good knife work, etc. If However, if you are willing to put in the effort, you will be rewarded.
