It took a lot of fiddling to finally connect the laptop to the monitor. If I restart or turn off the PC, I have to start over. Sometimes I just can't reconnect the monitor. All I have to do is plug it into my laptop's HDMI port. This defeats the purpose of buying a docking station through a regular USB port. I only had to pay twice as much to get an official docking station from the manufacturer that actually works properly. I've also tried getting Win+Ctrl+Shift+B to connect to no avail. I would try contacting the manufacturer but Revain doesn't have any significant support.
