I love it and they seem to help my hair the only thing is they are a bit small to put my hair in a towel I will see if there are bigger ones Shoes I gave to 4 daughters and 4 to myself. I can blow dry my hair but my daughter's hair is very long and neither of us can put our hair in a towel like it's made for a tiny head otherwise I like the softness and how it feels on my hair
