To be honest I've only ever used a rocket blaster and a lens brush. I keep my lenses pretty clean so I didn't have to use anything else. Regardless, the two items I've used work very well. What I do is: - Brush off as much as possible with a few powerful squeezes of the rocket blaster - Brush off anything that's stubborn with a lens brush - Brush any residue that's come loose with one brush with another Rocket blaster from cartridge. With all the lenses I've had this method has worked very well and I didn't have to wipe the lenses with a cloth or apply any kind of liquid cleaner. It's nice to know it's there in case I get a fingerprint smudge on the lens. It's a great addition to any photographer's arsenal and easily fits into a modest camera bag.
