I just realized how much they helped tonight, but I can tell you two more times that I remember. tonight my ring and middle fingers on my left hand were very cramped while working on the computer. Put on a sleeve and it will ease the pain pretty quickly. When the outer bone of my right wrist hurts from typing, the sleeves go a long way in relieving the pain. Also, when my left elbow started to hurt when my muscles moved while typing, I put on a sleeve and eventually didn't notice it anymore. They still fit snugly on the thumb webbing, but I only tug on them a few times to adjust the webbing on the thumb webbing and it no longer hurts. I recommend for such a price, good quality.
