As a chef with over 15 years of experience, I have horrible carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis, the right one being the worst. I have tried many things from braces that cannot be worn at work to injections and medication and so far these compression gloves have helped with swelling and numbness.

As a teacher, I stopped using my computer during the pandemic and spent 14 hours a day online. My right wrist hurt. I wear this bracelet for about an hour a day (as recommended) and during times when I need to use my mouse a lot. The armrest is very strong, as it should be.
