I have extreme hand arthritis. My thumbs are severely deformed and the bone at the top of my wrist under my little finger is very swollen and painful. Since I have problems with both hands, I find it very difficult to use my hands. I needed more support. I have very small hands! It wasn't easy to find a grip that didn't touch my fingers and also supported my thumbs and wrists. I wanted a flexible and breathable material. I found the right support and flexibility and material that met all the criteria I was looking for. They don't cause sweating. They support without restricting mobility. I am very happy with my purchase. The only thing I could think of would be the padding in the area between the thumb and forefinger. I added a piece of sheepskin I had by hand - it turned out great. My skin is very thin from years of taking prednisolone and, as mentioned, my thumb is very deformed. I definitely recommend these wrist rests to everyone. By the way, I'm a disabled RN and part of my career I've worked with people with disabilities! They have special skills and work hard and are really meticulous about their work!
