The Bad: As others have pointed out, Asus didn't quite do their "quality control" on this monitor. My monitor comes with a stuck pixel that stays either off or green depending on what is asked of it. I would never have noticed this if I hadn't done a pixel test, but given the cost of this monitor it's still frustrating. My only concern is that the included USB cable is stiff and not securely connected to my laptop or the monitor itself. Just shaking my desk makes the monitor flicker. I replaced the cable that came with it with a better one and the problem went away. Pros: It was the only monitor on the market that even came close to being an all-in-one portable gaming monitor (trust me I spent 3 months convincing myself I was just bored and bought this one ). It was literally plug and play with my 2020 Razer Blade Base, and now that I've tested it, I can safely say that's all it advertises. If this (or a monitor like it) came out for $350, I think it would be one of the most popular monitors of all time. Personally, at that price, I'd buy another one and get by with no battery and even 144Hz for that dollar amount. A final note to potential buyers, if you have the slightest suspicion that you might need a tripod, buy the one that comes with the tripod. I've tried a few other tripods and encountered many issues ranging from "not strong enough" to "not balanced enough" to "can't adjust angles adequately" and I can say with certainty that you will not find a decent one . a tripod that does the job for less than $50, and that's what makes it stand out. Just spend the extra $50 and you're done. Bottom Line: If you think you need this monitor, do it. It's not worth the asking price, and neither are $300 travel monitors.
