These are plain plastic screen protectors identical to DMAX Armor films. Laser cut so no chamfer or rounded edge. it's just flat and precise. Full coverage, edge to edge. Feels a bit "tacky" compared to the bare Gorilla Glass used on the Duo, but not tacky. The touchscreen doesn't bother. Some dust collects at the edges, but nothing gets under the film itself. A few pointers to help you apply: 1. Buy 2-3 extra packs in case you mess up. Especially if you want to use full screen skins without notches and cover the outside edges of your device (the dimensions match perfectly).2. Wipe down the screen with 91% isopropyl solution and a microfiber cloth (see 'Sustainable' microfiber cloths here on Revain).3. Also wipe down the protector with Isopropol BEFORE disassembling it. These films use static electricity to stick to your device and reattract nearby dust particles.4. A can of compressed air is a good tool for final dust removal before use.5. Peel off the STEP 1 layer and place the film face down on the device. The STEP 2 layer is peeled off at the end revealing the HD Clear.6 film. BEFORE you do #5 if you add a piece of folded tape to the STEP 2 layer then you will have 2 finger protrusions to properly position the STEP 1 layer down. It helps a lot in accurate positioning.7. Use the included card and microfiber to squeeze out any remaining air bubbles. (But if the air bubbles contain a dirt particle, it won't be pushed out.
