Wire cuts at pulley connection
Wire breakage at the attachment of the hitch to the pulley. Mine had a sharp edge cutting it in half with two 50lb boys. If they protected the rope with a coating, that wouldn't be a problem. Otherwise the construction was great, the float at the end keeps it off the screw and the hooks were very easy to attach unlike the airhead which rusts and is difficult to get through the connection points on the back. Fix this little problem and you'll get a 10-star product! 5 cent line protection over the reel is all you need!
