This dress is very beautiful! I'm pleasantly surprised. I took a chance and hoped for the best but honestly didn't expect a perfect fit and expected it to look cheap. I bought this when I was 16 for my 14 year old daughter who is 5ft 5" and about 120lbs - in womenswear she wears a size 4. I was afraid the length might be short but it was great and hit her ankle squarely. She has a tiny waist and the drawstring helped pull her down and the tie didn't look too immature on her (also worried it would look more like a little girl dress than a teenage dress). perfect fit and high quality. We were in dire need of an elegant dress and I am very glad we took the risk to buy this dress. beautiful on a younger teen without looking too young OR overly mature Case is better than it looks in the photos here.
