Review on Efficient CHH 2 Deck Card Shuffler (#2609), in Sleek Black by Michael Custodio

IMPORTANT UPDATE: After looking at some of these from different sellers, DO NOT BUY the ones that work with AA batteries. There just isn't enough energy for things to work properly. I don't know what it is, but AAs start to eat unevenly over time. We ended up having to fold 1 1/2 decks on one side and 1/2 on the other. HOWEVER, buy one with C batteries. Look around Revane until you find it. They have a lot of energy and work much longer than AA. Here's my first rating: I gave it a 4 because it really comes in handy when you play multi-deck card games. Everyone in our card group loves it. Another advantage is that this extends the life of the cards (this machine cannot tear the cards). Keep in mind that when you buy a game like Five Crowns, you can't easily or cheaply buy a new deck of cards. But the reason it dropped a point in my ranking is because those things don't work at max. the number of decks is indicated. They're the right size for decks, but the card slot fills up and when it gets too big, the cards start to get stuck. The solution is to buy a 4 deck shuffler when you need a 2 deck shuffler and a 6 deck shuffler when you need a 4 deck mixer. With the extra space in the trap bay, it works like a charm. Note that it is noisy. Either way, just buy the next size up and you'll love it!
