Terrible on many levels
When it arrived it was wrapped in a plastic bag and sealed with tape. No brand other than a website link that gives you vague information and instructions. Now the worst. It still doesn't zip as they say. It wasn't queen, too big for that, so the fit was terrible. It's not cold, it's a very thin material. It wasn't waterproof at all. Basically, I paid for the wrong mattress pad that didn't match the advertised product description. Thank god Revane is back. Give him a passport.
