I wanted to replace our old camp chairs with something smaller and lighter. I had high expectations for this chair as it is so small and light but after the first use I am not very happy with it. First, the legs are not very stable. We had several people sitting in a chair and if they moved or grabbed something they would lose their balance and almost fall off the chair. Not sure if it's because the base is wide enough to provide a secure base so someone doesn't fall off. Another problem is that feet sink into softer ground. Other balls have wide pads at the ends of the feet to help you navigate soft ground and sand. This chair doesn't do that and it sank very easily and also resulted in several people falling out. There are many other options on Revain so I would look elsewhere.
