I accidentally bought this camera thinking it was Covert, not knowing that Covert has a so-called competitor. Having had Arcane with no issues, I know for sure that Spartan is a HORRIBLE choice. DO NOT BUY A SPARTAN CAMERA! For the last two seasons I've been dealing with firmware updates, broken SIM cards, stressing my reindeer more than I should and looking for a broken camera. Pathetic! I am absolutely dissatisfied with the Spartan Go Cam. I've spent countless hours with the support team troubleshooting issues. Also, you will never get a real support person, you will always get a record and this ensures that if you are at work or away from the camera they will call the next day to go through repeated fake support fixes , only to turn around and do it again after putting in new batteries AGAIN! The Spartan never offered to swap out the camera or explain why the problems were occurring. The 309.00 camera is INFINITE, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any product and its support. DON'T BUY THE SPARTAN, BUY THE HIDDEN and save yourself the frustration I went through. Pathetic! ! !
