Review on Fotbor by Franz Esquivel

The crew at Fotbor appears to be so focused on going above and above for its clients that they often lose sight of what those expectations originally were. I purchased a pair of shoes from their website, but they were not at all what I had anticipated. The shoes were the wrong color, two sizes too small, and constructed of an entirely different material. They were not very helpful when I phoned their customer support to convey my dissatisfaction. When I inquired if I could just try to fit into the shoes anyhow, the salesperson said that they were dedicated to going above and beyond my expectations. They promised to email me a coupon code for my subsequent purchase after I declined, as if I would ever shop with them again. It appears that Fotbor's dedication to their customers' delight is only a front. Although they might talk the talk, they most definitely don't walk the walk. If you don't like the excitement of uncertainty with every purchase, I'd suggest going somewhere else.
