This is a quality harness with good performance. Quality stitching, buckles, hardware etc. I think it's made in Canada but it's close enough to home. A couple of little things that bother me: The shoulder pads always move forward or backward, they are easy enough to grab. and slide it back into place, but I usually don't realize it until my shoulder begins to feel the weight of my tool belt. Plus, the lining at the waist makes you sweat in hot weather. Finally, taking the chest strap apart can be a bit tricky. Neither of them is a violation of the terms of the deal. My tool belt fits snugly over it, actually sits on top of the hip pad and keeps most of the weight on my shoulders. Hence the problem with the shoulder pad. It looks a little pink in recent photos, but it's not. Rather red, so don't worry about that macho thing. I'm 6'1" tall, 34" waist and this medium/large size was almost too big. If you are much shorter than me, I would go down a size. Overall, I think it's great value for money and would recommend it.
