Review on ๐Ÿ‘” Lavemi Leather Ratchet Automatic Men's Belts: Stylish and Sophisticated Accessories by Eli Saumell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

To be honest I love this belt (in a good way)

First of all this belt is real leather (with a textured outer layer). All moving parts are metal, except for the ratchet teeth on the belt (made of hard, durable plastic). The patterns are elaborate but not too flashy. Yes, the paint on the buckle will likely come off if you scratch the belt on something, but that happens with literally every belt buckle ever made. Finally, belt buckles are not, and most likely never will be, titanium alloy with a coating of Cerakote lacquer. Either way, only time will tell how this belt holds up. So far, so good. I don't expect the leather to tear over time unless it's creased sharply in the same place multiple times. To release the strap, all you have to do is pull the lever on the buckle body; I'm not sure why everyone says it takes time to get used to. Seriously, it's quicker to put on and take off than a traditional belt. Another nice thing to note is that it comes with instructions if you somehow can't figure out how to use the strap. The packaging is also top-notch, containing individually wrapped and protected components in a textured black box with "Dante" embossed on the top. in 1 inch increments, eliminating the need for an "eyeball". All you have to do is put the band on as it comes out of the box, see how much you want to cut off, remove the buckle, and then trim any plastic notches or belt edges. ratchet strap. Update: It's been over 2 months and this strap is still holding up. Not a single chip or scratch on the buckle. This may be because I'm aware I'm not pulling the buckle/bumping things Update #2: It's probably been almost a year since I've owned this belt and casually. i wear it The strap itself does not break or show any signs of wear and everything works like new. The bezel on the belt buckle has finally started to be covered in very small (and barely noticeable) chips of black paint. However, given the age of the strap and its use, this is to be expected. I would still recommend it 10/10.
