Great little platter. I use it for motorcycle camping and it has proven to be very strong and durable. I expect this to last a long time. It's strong enough to withstand my sharpest knives as I use it as both a cutting board and dinner plate. The sides are high enough that I can pour in two cans of stew or soup for dinner. Good product. ** UPDATE ** After 2 years of use, this thing still works! This plate has some permanent "stains" (from residual soot on the bottom of the MSR Alpine pan I cook in) from being invested in other utensils, but other than that it's as good as ever. My wife!
