Good for the first time. They have a beautiful sheen. However, they are made of very thin steel. When I installed the first one, it flipped over quicker, well before I buckled the mount. This is partly because there was a gap between the plate and the frame, but it shouldn't have flexed that easily. They come with mounting hardware, but in my case it's totally unusable as our panels are mounted in plastic with wood screws. In any case, if you could use fasteners you wouldn't be able to use the pretty screw head caps as they are too big to fit the screws provided. Looks like the fasteners were replaced at some point, but nobody thought to make sure the screws would work with the covers.
