I like how easy it was for me as an amateur user of wordpress (and now woocommerce) to set up my website using this service from start-to-finish without any hiccups or issues at all! The customer care team are very friendly too - they're always willing to help you out even if its something totally unrelated but just happened to be causing your problems during their normal working hours :) There's not much i dislike about them so far except maybe sometimes when there seems to be some downtime because of maintenance etc which can cause site visitors/customers who have bookmarked our page to get upset :).
