Big Bug in the Computers & Tablets Category

The computer was dead on arrival, the cheap (non-Dell) charger they sent didn't work either. I had a similar car so I used my own charger to start the car but the computer itself locked up and was constantly in restart mode. After several hours on the phone I finally got a return authorization from the seller. I sent the machine back the same day, now I'm waiting for the 4th day to exchange the machine. So far no one has reported, the money seems to be gone. They specifically asked not to follow Revain's returns process, which I believe is against Revain's policy. So if for some reason the machine isn't working, you're stuck
