I drink hot beverages throughout the day and this travel mug keeps the temperature really good. In terms of application, it does not flow when drinking. Travel great small size to fit in regular cup holders and bags. The lid closes tightly so it doesn't leak again. It is ideal for its purpose. I have a Keurig coffee maker and I usually make an 8 ounce cup of coffee that fits in this thing with room for milk.
