For the most part I like my chair. However, I am disappointed. I spent a lot of time looking at design chairs. I read reviews, looked at sizing, etc. The number one factor in purchasing this chair was the foot ring. I paid extra money so I could have a better quality toe ring. I didn't want the ones I got. Looking at the attached photos, the first thing is the advertised toe ring. The images advertised have pyramid shaped rods running from the pillar of the cylinder to the ring itself. However if you look at the second picture you can see that I got a cheaper and less durable rod shaped tube instead. After only a few weeks of use, the toe ring becomes unstable. I do not understand the problem. Why can't you just be honest and send people what they order? Aside from the leg ring, the chair itself is great and quite comfortable.
