I like how easy it is to use, and I have no complaints about the application itself. It seems very user friendly and intuitive, which makes things go smoothly. I dislike how time consuming it can be to add new customers, or even update existing ones. You have to go through multiple steps in order to do so, and sometimes you won't realize that there was something wrong with your information until after you've already submitted it. This is a great product, but it can take some getting used to. If you're looking for a product that will make your life easier, this might be just what you need! We are solving our problem of keeping track of our inventory in a more efficient way than paper.
