Traveling is a working term here! I have tried many car seats and they are all very heavy. It's one thing if your car seat is never taken out of the car, but for a parent who can either use a taxi, or if you have a mom or dad who's taking a child out for the day and they need a car seat, who takes these car seats everywhere. can honestly be tiring! This is the lightest child seat I have ever used! And yet it remains unchanged in accordance with the safety standards required for these devices. It was easy to put on my jeep and just as easy to take off. This is an infant car seat, not a car seat that your child will grow into. The stroller has become surprisingly light again! Which makes a huge difference when you take it in and out of the trunk! One of the best things about a stroller is that when you try to put everything together and get it out of the trunk, it will stand on its own. No more maneuvering around how to handle an unopened stroller…. I like the 3 wheel stroller system, it's much more maneuverable in tight spaces. It was convenient to watch the child through the viewing window. And it has good storage facilities. Despite its lightness, it is very durable. No price was listed at the time of this review so I can't comment on cost but my experience is that the Century is a lot cheaper than the bigger brands, and I find this device and I will compete with them.
