Review on πŸ”— Efficient Tagging Attachments Fasteners for Standard Attaching by Lance Levatte

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works great with one problem.

Great product that is easy to use and works great right out of the box but there is one small problem. I've never had any issues with needles breaking or disappearing, but it's nice to have the extra 4 needles that come with the kit. You can use this tool for a variety of things, mostly to attach a piece of clothing to something else. After receiving it, I used it to attach a price tag to a piece of clothing. The needle is sharp and pierces with no problems and pushing the beard through the garment was a smooth process with no problems. I've had issues with other marked pistols in the past where the bolts wouldn't eject properly which resulted in me wasting a lot of these and it was a little frustrating because I was wasting product and time. On the one hand, here is my problem. There is a small button on the weapon that you can slide with your finger to release a stack of spikes after inserting them into the weapon. That's the only thing I have a problem with. After I used the gun and tried to unlock the splines and push that button, the splines wouldn't budge. I've tried a few more times and the button just pops out exposing the spring system that locks the serrations in the tool. There was a small piece of metal sticking out from under the button so I decided to move it but I still couldn't get the notches out. So I fumbled to reattach the button, after aligning it properly with the piece of metal and reseating it, I tried as gently as I could pry out the notches that had broken one or two. Stack. I knew it had to happen anyway, but I had no choice. So deducting a star for that, but overall the marking gun works and I hope it will last me for a while.
