Headphones sound great but very poorly designed

Headphones sound great but very poorly designed. Within a week, both of the plastic spindles that attach the speakers to the headband broke at their respective bases. As a workaround, I unscrewed the sides, replaced the broken plastic pieces with wooden dowels (for rigidity), and then used duct tape to secure the headphones in place. MacGyvered's improvisations hold up better than the manufacturer's designs, but if I end up replacing them, I won't buy this model again.
