Bought 2 weeks ago. At first it worked fine. Then today it stopped working. Didn't show up on my computer when connected and started making a clicking noise. I would advise you NOT to buy this product as it can literally ruin your life. I broadcast children's videos there. Path. Now Seagate tells me it costs $550 to recover lost data if it was their faulty hardware that shot itself in the foot. I will NEVER buy this product again. If you've decided to purchase a Seagate external hard drive, do yourself a favor and purchase a 2 or 4 year recovery plan. I should have.
