I would give this a higher rating if it weren't for the fact that my right earbud won't stay charged in the case or even charge properly. I've searched and tried many things to adjust this including toggling USB cables. I tried fully charging the box than charging the headphones (which, by the way, don't snap into the case). I've found that if I press a little to make the earbud snap into place, it charges. The actual charging is a bit more complicated than it should be, but my issue is that it only takes about 10 minutes to charge. Even if I charge it for the right amount of time, it says my earbuds are fully charged after just a few minutes on the charger. Whether it's due to the negligence of the people who actually delivered the package (I forgot to mention how broken the package was when it arrived), faulty wiring, or something similar, it still doesn't work properly. When I plug my earbuds into my phone, my apps close or restart for some weird reason. Very strange.
