authentic but not sure if it was new
arrived quickly and well packaged but the product seal did not look like a keratase seal, the bottle is badly marked, the color has disappeared and has been used , but the shampoo smells like the original one I tried before and I like it, for me it was an open product or refill which is ok but should have mentioned in the description.
