They work well with Zoom on my Windows laptop and also call from my Samsung phone. That means the sound quality of both the microphone and the speaker is quite sufficient. It's not noise-cancelling, but they do block out a lot of ambient noise when you wear them in your ears. (If you want to hear yourself on the phone, you can deliberately move them forward to make them less dense). but nothing else. (Obviously it will play/pause/skip on an iPhone too.) There is no volume control. One unexpected feature is that the cord detaches from phones (i.e. there is a TRRS 3.5mm plug on either end of the cord). I'm not entirely sure how useful this is, but hey. (Maybe the straight, fabric-covered cord could be replaced with a twisted cord? I don't know. The tiny instructions don't say anything about that.) The folding feature is definitely useless, though. When folded, they take up almost as much space as when unfolded. In fact, the metal frames protrude annoyingly when folded. Definitely worth the price.
