Review on 🔌 MIDWEC Magnetic Charging Dock Organizer for HTC Vive/Vive Pro Controller - Wall-mounted Charger Stand, 1 Piece by Mary Cornett

This is a good dock for Vive elements, but the design could be better. The screw holes are horribly placed making it difficult to mount to the wall. The controller holders will block the screw holes so the screwdriver is at an angle to the screw. The flange around the screw hole is too small and may not completely cover the drywall anchor. Finally, when you use screws to mount this to the wall, the screws will be visible and need to be painted or painted over with a marker, because who has black drywall screws? Nobody, so the attachment points are usually hidden. The screw holes had to be hidden like most other wall mounted items. If you don't attach it to the wall with screws, you still need to look at the holes and flanges. Poor design aside, the docking station is functional if a bit fiddly, although anything with a magnetic USB connector is fiddly. I probably wouldn't buy it again and it's not something I would recommend to my friends.
