Update: Just used it and it didn't work because the sleeves were raglan sleeves. So he kept slipping onto her paws, causing her to trip and just fall. I still love this outfit. I'm just going to figure out how to fasten my sleeves so that doesn't happen. Outfit: I like it very much. Haven't used it in the rain but it's great. You can tell it's waterproof and I know it will get the job done. Supplied in a case with drawstring made of the same material. I have a Pomeranian. She's a little afraid of photos because it's a new outfit, but she's really cute. It is about 41.5 cm long (see picture). I returned it. Since I couldn't figure out how to increase the size, I just re-purchased the 12" size and wish I had the best. And it worked. I have photographed the measurements so you can see for yourself.
